The On-the-Job Training (OJT) program is designed to assist local employers to hire,
train, and retain employees in full-time permanent jobs. The advantages of utilizing
Career Central’s OJT program is we’ll do the recruitment, refer eligible applicants,
assess each applicant to ensure they have both the right aptitudes and interest
in your position and arrange for the interviews. Once you make your hiring selection
from prescreened applicant pool, you begin training your new employee in the exact
specifications you’ve stipulated in the Career Central Training Agreement. Career
Central will reimburse you 50% of your new employee’s hourly wage rate. If you are
