Return on investment (ROI) shows nearly $3,000,000 being returned to the community through
training programs. The recent (ROI) study completed for the program year of 2008-2009 reveals
the value of workforce programs available to the counties citizens and employers through
Career Central. The report estimates Career Central’s dislocated worker and adult disadvantage
training program returned $1.41 for every $1.00 spent in Pasco and Hernando counties.
